In light of these findings, a quantitative study was conducted in order to verify the relationship between ethical leadership, ethical sensitivity, state or provincial context and organisational culture. The specific objectives of our paper are to present a consolidated conceptual framework integrating the notions of ethical sensitivity, ethical conduct and ethical leadership and to discuss the specificity of ethical sensitivity among educational leaders in diverse social contexts. |
