109th ASA Annual Meeting

The Online Preliminary Program Schedule is the official record for all sessions and/or events taking place during the 2014 Annual Meeting. This information will be used to print the Final Program which is distributed onsite during the Annual Meeting. Participants on the 2014 Annual Meeting program should take a moment to familiarize themselves with the resources provided here.

Preregistration Pickup. Attendees who preregistered may pick up their badges and program materials at the Preregistration counters on-site in the Registration Hall, located in the Grand Ballroom of the Hilton San Francisco Union Square hotel. Please note: All program participants must register by May 14 in order to retain their listings in the online and printed Final Program.
On-site Registration. Those who missed the July 9 preregistration deadline should go to the On-site Registration counter in the Registration Hall, located in the Grand Ballroom of the Hilton San Francisco Union Square hotel.
Registration Service Hours during the Annual Meeting:
Refunds and Cancellations.
- Friday, August 15: 1:30-7:00pm
- Saturday, August 16: 8:00am-6:00pm
- Sunday, August 17: 8:00am-5:30pm
- Monday, August 18: 8:00am-5:30pm
- Tuesday, August 19: 8:00am-1:00pm
All registration fees are non-refundable as of July 9, 2014. Cancellation notice must be made in writing. 90% of the non-participant registration fees will be refunded if written cancellation is received before July 9.
Unfortunately, under no circumstances can ASA issue refunds for no-shows. Program Participant registration fees are non-refundable; cancellations are not accepted nor refunds issued.
