Accessing Presenter Documents
Log in (to the right) using your ILA username and password. (If you have forgotten your username or password, click on the link in the bottom right box titled: “Can’t remember?”. Please do not create a new profile.) Alternatively, you can access the documents as a guest using the Guest Menu on the left.
1. Click on “Search the Program”.
2. Type in the name of the presenter in the search fields under the People tab.
3. In the search results, click on the “View” link next to the presenter’s name.
4. You can click on either the title of the session the presentation was part of (in the green “Sessions” box), or click on the title of the individual presentation within the session (in the blue “Individual Submissions” box).
5. a) If you click on the session title, the link to download presentation material will appear either under the "File:" heading or next to the presentation title under the “Session Participants” heading.
b) If you click on the title of the individual presentation within the session, the link to download will appear at the bottom of the screen under the heading “Click the link below to view/download the file:”.
6. Once you click the link to download, the presentation material will appear in a new tab in your internet browser.

You can also access the material through the Events Calendar on the same site. When you click on a session title on the calendar grid, the download link will appear next to the presentation title under “Session Participants:”.

Please note that the download link will only appear if a presenter has uploaded material to the site. If there is no download link, then the presenter has not made any material available.
