The 37th Annual Conference of the National Association for Bilingual Education will be held on February 6-9, 2008 in Tampa, Florida. In addition to inviting nationally and internationally recognized keynote and major speakers, NABE is soliciting presentations from related professionals in the field for sessions in the following:
General Concurrent Sessions
Pre-Conference Institutes
Special Interest Groups (SIG)
In addition to the abstract guidelines set forth for the particular category to which you are applying, the NABE Reviewers will judge proposals based on the following criteria:
The relevance of the session to the needs of conference participants
The ability of the proposal to demonstrate innovative approaches
The interest level of the topic
The applicability to instruction
The relevance to current research
Quality of the proposal
