95th Annual Conference
January 10 – 13, 2024 - New Orleans, Louisiana

The Southern Political Science Association is requesting academic paper and panel proposals for its 94th Annual Meeting taking place in New Orleans, January 10-13, 2023.  

The SPSA is excited to invite political scientists from across the U.S. and around the world to participate in its 2024 Annual Meeting in New Orleans!  As usual, the annual meeting will provide a forum for sharing ideas, research results, and professional insights in a collegial setting; the 2023 conference in St. Pete Beach was a great success, and we definitely look forward to a return to New Orleans this coming year!

The 2024 Program Committee is made up of terrific, energetic scholars who will be working on ways to make this conference a meaningful experience for political scientists from across all fields of study. Please consider presenting your work by submitting a proposal for a paper (or whole panel).  SPSA will continue to offer an opportunity for scholars to explore topical areas and more narrowly defined lines of inquiry for proposed “conferences within a conference.”
