Abstract

The session will focus on the role of non-tenure track faculty (NTT) in accounting departments, providing valuable insights for NTT faculty as well as for Department Chairs and Area Coordinators. The panel will speak from the both sides' perspectives on topics such as identifying and recruiting qualified NTT faculty, and optimal deployment of such faculty. The session will also include a review of the new AACSB standards regarding professionally qualified faculty.
