The purpose of this paper is to report the findings of an exploratory study regarding gender differences in moral disengagement tendencies in undergraduate accounting students. A total of 120 surveys was completed, 47 by males and 73 by females. Responses were analyzed to determine whether they were significantly different between the genders. Finally, using Waidato Environment for Knowledge Analysis, students were classified by gender, based on their moral disengagement levels.
