Summary

This study focuses on the processes of interactive decision-making in an EFL class and their role in shaping lesson plans and creating learning opportunities. The results showed that there was a discrepancy between the teacher’s lesson plans and classroom reality since the socially-constructed events led to reformulation of lesson plans.
