Session Submission Type: Colloquium
This colloquium aims to expand our understanding of peer interaction and L2 development in the classroom. The six empirical studies analyze peer interaction with distinct methodological frameworks―relationships between learners, engagement with the language, corrective feedback, level of analytical abstraction, motivation for participation, and task engagement―and conclude with suggestions for practitioners.
