Dr. Gediminas Baublys holds a doctoral degree in Management and is a seasoned organizational change expert. His career spans significant roles in private and public sectors of Lithuania, with a keen focus on strategic transformation in the Baltic business landscape.
As the former Head of Strategic Change PMO at The Office of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, he was instrumental in forming the Strategic Change Centre of Excellence, driving the strategy for change projects and portfolio management within the government sector.
In the private domain, Gediminas has held senior management roles in global IT and telecommunications companies, spearheading business transformation, culture change programs, and strategies for performance improvement, business development, and revenue growth.
Serving as an Assistant Professor at Vilnius University, Gediminas imparts the art of change management to upcoming leaders, providing them with the necessary knowledge to navigate organizational changes in a turbulent business environment. His scholarly pursuits delve into business ecosystems, organizational change, and digital sustainability.
