Integrating Technology into Pedagogical Content Knowledge in K12 and University Professional Development

Short Description

Designing successful learning environments through faculty development was examined. A three-year study of a K12 school, which led the way in the implementation of one-to-one iPads in the U.S., was examined in terms of the school’s professional development. How educator professional development was used to enhance the quality of content knowledge pedagogy using technological tools, and how that training flows from the university level to the classrooms of K12 educators will be described.
