Short Description

The concept of training in HRD is addressed along with its relationships to education and development. The concept of instructional Design is introduced with a brief review of the background history including its importance and application in the context of training. Within the scope of instructional design, three learning domains, four levels of evaluation, and some of the instructional design models that are considered useful by most of the professionals in training context are discussed.
