The purpose of this study is to provide the basic resources to improve corporate outcomes by investigating the relationships between talent management, organizational structure, job satisfaction, and financial outcomes. To perform the study biennial data from the Human Capital Corporate Panel in Korea was analyzed using a structural equation model. As a result, it appears that talent management and organizational structure significantly affect job satisfaction, and organizational structure and job satisfaction significantly affect financial outcomes.
