Short Description

With $332.9m in revenue in 2013 (Piccioli, 2014), Africa’s eLearning market is experiencing tremendous growth. This case study details a training intervention for faculty and staff on eLearning at an African university with 31,723 students in 297 programs. The presenter will share tools, techniques, systematic methods, best practices, and challenges encountered. Instructional designers, trainers, and educators from all contexts will engage in an open dialogue through questions about experiences in the global environment.
