T64 D&D: Designing Feedback to Increase Interaction and Learning in an Online Self-Study Course

Short Description

One of the challenges of online instruction, especially those courses that are primarily self-study, is to provide timely and effective feedback that is both constructive and additive to learning. Self-assessments in the form of test items with corresponding developmental feedback were created to help learners validate and enhance their knowledge of computer tools and their instructional uses. In this session, the challenges of developing such feedback will be shared and discussed.
