Short Description

This study examined the implementation process of ICT-enabled instruction in the context of an oral cultural to better understand teachers’ perceptions in this culture. India is unique in the sense that it has a strong oral tradition in comparison to many western contexts. This unique aspects of an oral culture, require specialized methods and techniques to exploit technology in education. The findings of this study will contribute to improving the instructional practice in oral cultures.
