Are Barriers Universal? Private school Teachers’ and Administrators’ Beliefs Towards Technology Integration

Fri, Nov 7, 1:00 to 2:00pm, 3rd Level, City Terrace 10

Short Description

Technology is promoted as a catalyst for education, but research conducted in public schools indicates constrictions such as technology access and testing pressures. Some private schools do not have policies like testing and mandated curriculum, and some teachers have more access to resources. This mixed methods study explored teacher and administrator beliefs about teaching with technology within a private school context.
