This study examined the relationship between learners’ self-regulation and help seeking preferences (no help, formal help, and informal help). A total of ninety-one undergraduate students taking an online course voluntarily participated in the study. Online Self-regulated Learning Questionnaire (OSLQ) was administered to measure self-regulation. Help seeking preferences were assessed via an online survey developed by the researchers. A Pearson product-moment correlation was computed. Significant positive correlation between help seeking preferences and self-regulation was found.
