Short Description

Creating a performance support tool for online course development requires awareness of where the user may fail as well as the ability to continuously evaluate the steps that are proven to enhance the users performance. This pilot project addresses the quality of online courses through the use of a performance support tool whilst ensuring that faculty’s intellectual property and practices are secured.
