Short Description

This session will present the results of research on how an intensive professional development course about problem-based learning affected the confidence of pre-service and in-service STEM teachers. Discussion will focus on how to support teachers attempting to adopt unfamiliar pedagogy as well as whether or not different STEM disciplines may need very different approaches.
