With the proliferation of tablet PCs and their potential impact education, it is important to investigate what kind of technology are they, and how this innovation is being adopted regarding adoption and diffusion theories and models, especially on large scales. This literature review aims to explore current state of knowledge on the educational uses of Tablet PCs. This study mentions mobile technology, technology integration process, adoption and diffusion theories and models.
