Short Description

Cloud computing is the solution to constantly updating technology. Three major issues exist - reliability, ownership, and security.

The application of cloud computing to university learning has major impacts. University and other cloud computing users rely on their cloud data.

What happens when the cloud is not available? Who owns the user’s cloud data? How is cloud data secured? Can cloud computing be trusted? Solutions will be provided and discussed in relationship to distance learning.
