In this session, the presenters will describe the Faculty Development and Training Process (FDTP) that Faculty and Instructional Designers experience while co-creating online programs offered by Tseng College in California State University Northridge. The presentation will highlight instructional goals for each of the FDTP components and reflect on the ways in which the FDTP supports faculty to, confidently and comfortably, leverage a vast array of technological tools to foster effective online pedagogy and student success
