The purpose of this study is to examine relationship between teachers’ pedagogical beliefs and the choice of online learning activities. Data were gathered from one hundred and sixty seven faculty and instructors who teach online at a small university located in the Western United States. Data analysis revealed that classroom activities tend to be more active and student-centered when teachers have higher constructivist pedagogical beliefs.
