P15 DDL: Increasing Motivation and Retention in Self-paced Tutorial Learning Environments

Short Description

In this poster session, the researchers will present findings and results based on an ongoing evaluation of the online, self-paced tutorials produced by a national training company for computer graphics and animation professionals. By reviewing user and data analytics and post-training surveys, the researchers found points for intervention or assistance. This study investigates the factors contributing to motivation and retention in this specific environment, making application to other training and learning environments.
