Short Description

Open Educational Resources (OER) provide instructors and designers with powerful and flexible ways of designing and sharing instructional content. Design-based research (DBR) allows for iterative improvements to instructional designs. In this session, we argue that development and implementation of OER within a DBR framework represents a symbiotic ecosystem within which freedom and flexibility can be leveraged for powerful outcomes.
