Teacher Professional Development and Support for Personalizing Standard-based Education

Short Description

In this study, a conceptual model was proposed and evaluated to predict teacher use of a learning management and recommendation system (LMRS) with 1) professional development related to the LMRS, 2) support for using the LMRS, and 3) reported satisfaction with the LMRS. The study findings will have implications for improving the adoption and implementation of LMRSs in K-12 schools.
