Creating a Collaborative Revision Tool That Distinguishes Editing and Revision Feedback

Short Description

After using Google Docs with secondary students to conduct peer and expert revision of an argumentative letter, former teachers designed an add-on to visually distinguish conventions-related and content-based feedback. The add-on inputs visual representations of conventions-related feedback, which reserves comments for content-based feedback. A paper prototype was designed and the development of a beta version followed, which is currently available for download. This presentation details the design, development, and testing of the add-on.
