Short Description

The presentation will examine the relationship between the e-learning Maturity Model and the widely used Kaufman, Keller, and Watkins Five Levels Evaluation of Human Performance Improvement Intervention Framework (1996). The eMM could serve to operationalize the Kaufman, et. al., constructs and enhance overall corporate performance of training. The study used document review and content analysis to map eMM processes against the Kaufman, et. al., Framework.
