In this presentation, I report results of a study which draws on models of morality as a process to investigate how prospective government employees make moral decisions within a game that simulates a case of nepotism in a governmental setting. Qualitative analysis indicates that several variables influence in-game moral decision-making, such as learners’ dispositions towards the game, familiarity with the game genre, and experiences with the situations simulated in the game.
