Short Description

To give culture and diversity a stronger presence in critically guiding instructional design to promote student success and attainment of skills needed in the 21st-century economy, we present a framework for online/blending learning that builds on Functional-Modular (Layer Design) View, culturally relevant pedagogy, Universal Design for Learning, and intersectionality research. Preliminary results from a self-study will be shared and participants will discuss the implications of using this multi-layered analytical framework in their own context.
