Developing An Evaluation Framework in Lesson Study on Active Learning Methods

Short Description

This study aims at developing support for efficient Research Lesson and an evaluation framework in Lesson Study on Active Learning methods. We developed a six-step training: (1)checking preliminary knowledge, (2)learning by video viewing, (3)practice in the class, (4)evaluation, (5)Research Lesson, and (6) following up. We used levels one to three of the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model to determine the effectiveness of a program and how to improve.
