“Bridging” the Gap: Teaching Human Performance Improvement to K12 Practitioners

Short Description

This concurrent session reports on the design, implementation, and evaluation of a Human Performance Improvement course taught primarily to K12 practitioners (i.e., teachers, librarians/media specialists, instructional coaches, administrators). Within this session, we will share our experiences of teaching this process to the K12 practitioners and the barriers that arose throughout the process.
