Using Importance Performance Matrix to Guide Instructional Design for Online Service-Learning

Short Description

This concurrent session will focus on implementing service-learning in online courses and programs. As more students enroll in online courses, it is imperative to continue to extend in-class concepts to real-world experiences in online settings as well. A small non-experimental study was completed in an Organization and Management of Instructional Technology Programs online course to ascertain the level of importance of service-learning to the actual performance of the students.
