Short Description

This empirical study will be presented as a Poster session. The purpose of this qualitative case study is to investigate how technology is used by teachers for their instructional purposes in elementary classrooms in low-SES schools. The study will also explore the teachers’ perspectives of how students use technology. This study can contribute to the underlying causes of why digital divide still persists in low-SES classrooms in terms of how technology is used.
