Short Description

Soft skills play an important role in both education and employment. Developing and honing soft skills for online students will increase students’ success in both personal and professional life. This study aims to explore the development of students’ soft skills in online courses by collecting data via surveys and interviews. The findings of this study contribute to students’ development of soft skills in online education and help faculty to provide opportunities that develop soft skills in online courses.
