Short Description

In this session, we will discuss the design, development, implementation, and reiteration of a paid virtual-focused internship program for advanced graduate students studying in an instructional design field. Started in 2015, the program has hosted 1-2 interns per term and continuously developed to meet the needs of the students. The discussion will cover lessons-learned, improvements, evaluation, barriers to success, and many program elements that you may be able to implement in your department.
