This paper explored teachers’ academic book choice from the perspective of social network, and provide implications for those who are interested in the teachers’ professional development. A total of 38 information technology teachers in China were selected to be surveyed and interviewed. Characters of this reading group, readers’ roles, and factors influencing processional book choice were analyzed and represented. Issues and recommendations about the flow of books were discussed.
