Faculty as eLearning Students: A Case Study of an eLearning Facilitation Workshop

Short Description

The eLearning Facilitation Workshop that we developed focuses on three issues instructors find challenging: using the LMS, the unique nature of elearning, and creating accessible content. A follow-up program, the New Instructor Support Program, provides active support and feedback for online instructors in their first online class. In this session, we will exhibit both programs and discuss the challenge of preparing instructors for elearning.
