Through hands-on activities and discussion, attendees will learn how consumable, paper circuits helped 3rd-8th grade students explore electronics, increase STEM interests, encourage safe home and school exploration, and establish buy-in through project personalization and ownership. The session will describe design decisions in developing circuit activities as well as current challenges regarding waste management, exploration beyond planned activities, and complex concept introductions (e.g., Ohm’s Law, voltage dividers). No previous electronics experience is needed.
