Short Description

This poster will demonstrate how the researchers designed and created a 3D virtual reality online orientation (VRO2) to provide a more immersive orientation for graduate students in an online program to improve their engagement and the sense of belonging toward the program. The poster includes how the researchers designed and developed the VRO2 and what they found from 54 orientations. Implication and significance will be discussed.
