Making the right choice: Using systems thinking to select a learning management system

Short Description

Organizations, both in the private sector and in higher education, are increasingly turning to learning management systems (LMSs) to manage organizational communication, training, and collaboration. With the various options for LMS, it is advantageous to have a systematic approach to the selection of the LMS. In this presentation, we share the systematic approach used by an aerospace training organization in selecting, deploying and supporting a new learning management system.
