This is a research paper presentation of a qualitative action research study that examined learner generated data to assess the impact of an online learning curriculum on in-service teachers in a graduate course. Themes that emerged from the data analysis and recommendations for future course design will be discussed. This session would be appropriate for anyone designing curriculum or courses designed to promote professional learning for online teachers and faculty working in teacher education.
