Short Description

This presentation provides the framework for professional development (PD) on locating, accessing, editing, storing, and aligning OER by middle school science teachers according to Wiley’s 5Rs of Openness to ensure the materials afford the greatest ability to access, personalize, edit, and store. Although the plan focuses specifically on middle school science teachers, the professional development model could easily be adapted for any other subject area or grade level.
