Short Description

This proposal examines the process of developing a master online course that seeks to address the global competence educational needs of human resource specialists at the graduate level. Preliminary analysis reveals that the use of evolving scenario challenges, instrument- and data-driven reflective learning, active learning by synthesis, and building a thinking-rich learning environment were critical in creating effective courses. We will share how-tos with all who want to build and scale online education that works.
