Short Description

Subscribing to the self-determination theory framework, this roundtable session will present an evolving virtual writing group established by two scholars after participating in the 2019 Early Career Symposium. The presenters will share how the virtual writing group was initiated and how it evolved to support early career scholars’ research productivity. The session will engage the audience by providing details on routine group dynamics and by inviting feedback from the audience.
