Cognitive load, as an intermediate variable of learning tasks and performance changes, is one of the important factors influencing the success of learning. The paper uses fNIRS to measure cognitive load in a way that changes from abstract to concrete. The effect of external intervention on cognitive load is directly demonstrated from perspective of brain science. It provides a practical basis for the better integration of brain science and education and promotes development of interdisciplinary.
