This panel will discuss common challenges incurred by instructional designers in the field. The panel will focus on how a design thinking mindset can assist with managinguncertainty that arises in design. The panel provides examples from personal experiences of strategies they have employed on various projects in higher education and industry. The goal of this session is to have an interactive conversation with attendees to strategize how they can confidently cope with uncertainty in design.
