Short Description

Lacking of teaching experience, novice teachers may have problems in classroom effect. As the main body of teaching communication, classroom discourse is an important method for teachers to transmit information to students. Based on the IRF model theory and ENA, the main visual analysis tool of classroom discourse, this study aims to explore the differences of classroom discourse characteristics between novice teachers and experienced teachers, and provide suggestions for novice teachers to improve teaching skills
