Reverse Mentoring (RM) is a leadership and professional development strategy found in corporate settings that reverses traditional mentoring roles. As a leadership development strategy, RM is well studied in the corporate context. The impact of RM as a pedagogical method in the classroom is not well known. This presentation reports a qualitative study on the lived experiences of higher education students using RM as a pedagogical method in a business management bachelorette capstone course.
